1 Standard Metric Cup (250ml) = 120g. This is a guide only, feed to maintain optimum body condition. If feeding wet and dry food, simply halve the feeding guides of both formats. This diet can be fed as is (dry) or rehydrated to assist in weaning. Use warm water (not hot) in a 1:1 kibble to water ratio. Soak prior to feeding if desired.
Gestating and Lactation feeding: The amount of food you offer the pregnant dog should be increased by up to 10% to 15% from the 5th week of pregnancy onwards. She should be eating approximately 50% more at the time of whelping than when she was mated.
We recommend dividing meal requirements into several meals fed during the day for puppies and gestating/lactating dogs.
