Directions:
Peel back the full open cap. The water may have an odour, which is normal.
Drain the live filter media through a sieve.
Place the wet filter media into a filter sock or directly into your filter or sump, depending on your setup.
Do not let it dry out before using. Your live filter colonies are ready to get to work immediately and will also spread to other filter media you may already have in your filter.
LIVE nitrosomas and nitrobacter bacteria are harmless to aquatic life.
The water can be used in your tank, however it may affect the pH.
